End to End Encryption

End-to-end encryption (E2EE) encrypts clear (red) data at source with knowledge of the intended recipient, allowing the encrypted (black) data to travel safely through vulnerable channels (e.g. public networks) to its recipient where it can be decrypted (assuming the destination shares the necessary key-variables and algorithms).

Tokenization

Security Tokens are used to prove one’s identity electronically (as in the case of a business customer trying to access their customer’s credit card information). The token is used in place of a credit card number in order to allow a business customer to store that information in a secure manner for reporting purposes or for further transactions (Patent Pending Technology).

The EPX NY tokens can be used for refunds, future transactions, or chargeback mitigation for a period of 13 months, not 30 days, which is standard in the industry today. In addition, EPX NY has the ability to attach any pertinent data to the token (examples: Invoice #, Customer name, customer number, etc…). This data will “live” with the token for reporting, research, refunds, and any other purpose your business requires.  This feature will make life easier for the accounting and customer service team(s) by allowing them to complete their duties in a more efficient manner.

In Summary, EPX NY has the ability to deliver an End-to end encryption solution coupled with a (Patent Pending) Tokenization process to allow a retail / MOTO / E-Commerce merchant to minimize or eliminate the time, money, and effort being spent to secure customer sensitive credit card information  in the normal course of completing internal processes necessary to operate the business.
